January 21, 2010 — Howard County’s seven Rotary Clubs signed up to be Alliance Partners in the Choose Civility campaign January 19, 2010. Choose Civility is an ongoing community-wide initiative, led by Howard County Library, to position Howard County as a model of civility. The county’s seven clubs have more than 300 members.
