COPT breaks ground at North Gate Business Park

Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE:OFC) broke ground Monday on 210 Research Boulevard, a three-story, 84,000 square foot Class "A" office building at North Gate Business Park at Aberdeen Proving Ground. North Gate Business Park is a 56-acre development that, upon completion, will total approximately 800,000 square feet of space including eight office buildings and 20-25,000 square feet of supporting retail. The architect on the project is DNC Architects; Frederick Ward & Associates is the Civil Engineering firm and the General Contractor is Plano-Coudon.
