February 13, 2012 - The South Baltimore Learning Center (SBLC) will present its 2012 Gala: Tip Your Hat To Learning Cabaret, Saturday, Mar. 31, from 7:00 to 11:30 p.m., at Montgomery Park Business Center (1800 Washington Blvd.).
