Cushman & Wakefield leasing agents Hayes Merkert, SIOR and Danielle Schline represented the owner in this transaction, Preston Scheffenacker Properties, Inc. Jonathan Hall of CBRE represented Northrop Grumman.
Windsor Station will house part of Northrop Grumman’s operations for their contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This location is approximately one mile to CMS and three miles to the Social Security Administration (SSA). Corporate neighbors include the FBI, Lockheed Martin and Constellation Energy.
