January 18, 2012 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Tecore Networks has purchased a 48,000-square-foot office building at 7030 Hi Tech Drive in Hanover.
This transaction follows the September sale of 7010 Hi Tech Drive, a 40,000-square-foot building, to Alliance Technology Group, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield senior director Hayes Merkert, SIOR represented the buyers in both transactions. Bo Cashman and Jonathan Beard with CBRE represented the seller of both buildings, Redus New Hampshire, LLC.
Tecore Networks, the leader in supplying mobile network infrastructure, is moving from their current location at 7061 Columbia Gateway Drive in Columbia to their new headquarters building this summer. Alliance Technology Group, a leading Systems Integrator and IT solutions company, will take occupancy of their building this spring.
