November 15, 2011 - The Ana G. Mendez University System, one of the largest and most prestigious private, not-for-profit higher education institutions in Puerto Rico, is opening the doors of its new Capital Area campus today.
Founded in 1949, the Ana G. Mendez University System is a fully accredited institution serving some 43,000 students in Puerto Rico and three branch campuses in Florida. They offer degrees in various disciplines, ranging from Associates degrees to Masters and Ph.D. programs. The new Capital Area Campus won approval by the Maryland Higher Education Commission in August of this year.
