October 15, 2011 - RCM&D announced their 18th Annual Regatta raised $64,755 for area nonprofits - Partners in Care Maryland, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and Elk Hill. The amount raised surpassed the original goal of $60,000. The sailing event was held on September 23, 2011 at the Downtown Sailing Center in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
“All three beneficiaries for this year’s RCM&D Regatta help meet the needs of some of the most vulnerable members of our society,” said RCM&D President Robert Cawley. “We are proud to support these organizations with a financial donation and to raise awareness of their mission via the Regatta.”
