Jason Grove Named Treasurer of the Dyslexia Tutoring Program

Chartered, has recently been named Treasurer of the Dyslexia Tutoring Program. In addition to his responsibilities as a Manager, Grove is also a member of Ellin & Tucker’s Technical Standards Committee which develops programs to enhance the professional staff’s understanding of current accounting and auditing standards and the firm’s Investment Company and Construction Services Groups. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Grove is a

graduate of Towson University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. The mission of the Dyslexia Tutoring Program is to teach low-income children and adults with dyslexia, or a language-based learning difference, to read which is accomplished through a professional screening assessment and tutoring by volunteers who have been trained in the Orton-Gillingham method of reading, writing, and spelling. Ellin & Tucker is an accounting and consulting firm that represents clients from its offices in Baltimore, Belcamp, and Frederick, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
