January 11, 2012 — Kimberly S. Grimsley and Michael W. Siri were elected to Bowie & Jensen's partnership. The two attorneys were previously associates with the firm.
Siri practices in Bowie & Jensen’s litigation department, assisting clients with a variety of legal issues. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, including construction law. As part of the firm’s construction law group, Siri provides legal guidance to individuals, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and businesses. Siri graduated from the University of Maryland and received his Juris Doctor at the University of Maryland School of Law.
Grimsley is a member of the Intellectual Property Department and heads the firm’s Trademark Group. Grimsley’s practice concentrates on intellectual property, Internet, computer, social media marketing and business law matters. Her experience also includes counseling clients on domain name issues and handling matters through the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy UDRP and under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act. Grimsley graduated from Stevenson University and received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from University of Baltimore School of Law.
