January 10, 2012 — Robert M. Horne, an associate of the Baltimore law firm Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC (ARD&H), was selected to co-chair the Maryland State Bar Association’s Wills, Trusts & Estates Subcommittee to the Special Committee on Voir Dire. Focusing his practice in the areas of tax, estates and trusts and business transactions, Horne helps clients create and implement estate and business succession plans.
Named a “Rising Star” in the estate planning and probate section of Maryland Super Lawyers in 2010, 2011 and 2012, Horne previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Orphans’ Court for Baltimore City.
He is a member of the Estate and Gift Tax Study Group, the Baltimore Estate Planning Council and the Bar Association of Baltimore City’s young lawyers’ section, and also serves on the MSBA’s estates and trust law, business law and young lawyers sections. Horne received a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in law and American civilization from Towson University.
