January 4, 2012 — The Y of Central Maryland has appointed two members to its Anne Arundel County Community Advisory Board, David Huggins and Jeffrey Tomitz. Huggins is an independent consultant providing technical and business advice to various clients on the development of nickel laterites. Previously, Huggins served as president and CEO at Compañía Guatemalteca de Níquel, and COO at Skye Resource. Tomitz is chief financial officer and treasurer for the American Council on Education in Washington, DC. Previously, Tomitz was an audit manager and senior business consultant for the CPA firm Raffa & Associates, LLP. The Y of Central Maryland, based in Baltimore, is a charitable organization dedicated to developing the full potential of every individual through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
