Otchet, CPA, MBA as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Next Century, Otchet served as CFO at SM Consulting and assistant vice president, financial planning and analysis for SAIC's Cyber and Information Solutions business unit. She has also held financial leadership positions at Duratek and Impact Innovations Group. Otchet received her B.A. in economics and business administration from McDaniel College and her M.B.A from Johns Hopkins University.
