December 23, 2011 — Mark I. Gruhin and Edward R. Levin, members of Saul Ewing, LLP's Business and Finance Department and co-office managing partners of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, have been named to SmartCEO Magazine’s list of “Legal Elite” for 2011. Gruhin is Chair of the Firm's Life Sciences Transactions and Strategic Alliances Practice Group. He also is Co-Chair of the Firm's Venture Capital/Private Equity Practice Group and its TECC (Technology, Emerging Companies and Capital) Practice Group.
