December 7, 2011 — Junior Achievement of Central Maryland (JACMD) has appointed the following business leaders for three-year terms on its Board of Directors:
• Tanesha Boldin, Vice President and Market Manager, PNC Bank in Baltimore.
• Troy Brewer, Vice President, Wells Fargo Investments: The Brewer Investment Group in Baltimore.
• Patricia A. Browne, President and CEO, P. Brown & Associates Consulting in Bryans Road.
• Ronald M. Causey, CPA, Managing Director, SC&H Group, LLC in Sparks.
• Josh Chumley, Campus Director, University of Phoenix in Columbia.
• Carol L. Coughlin, CEO, Bottom Line Growth Strategies, Inc. in Towson.
• Marty Fletcher, Managing Partner, Whiteford Taylor & Preston, LLC in Baltimore.
• Lee McChesney, CFO, Stanley Black and Decker in Towson.
• Edward Paulis, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Zurich North American Commercial in Owings Mills.
Overall, the JACMD board will focus on 1) the non-profit's launch of middle grade program initiatives to support Maryland financial literacy requirements, 2) its strategic plan to expand outreach to middle and high schools, and 3) providing new resources to support the growing demand for entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness programs for young people.
Based in Owings Mills, Junior Achievement of Central Maryland is dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy.
