December 1, 2011 — Junior Achievement of Central Maryland (JACMD) has appointed William Yerman (left) and Arthur E. Flach (left), CPA as vice chairmen of its board of directors. Yerman joined the JACMD board in 2003 and has served as board chair, while Flach has served on the board since 2009. Yerman, CEO and partner of the Strata Group, is a past president of the Maryland Land Title Association and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Yerman currently serves on Garrison Forest School’s board of trustees. Flach serves as a partner with Grant Thornton LLP. A member of the Charles Street Development Corporation and the Baltimore County Foundation’s Planned Giving Committee, Flach previously served as an executive board member and treasurer of The Children’s Cancer Foundation. Based in Owings Mills, JACMD is dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy.
