October 20, 2011 — Donald A. Rea and Michelle N. Lipkowitz have joined the Baltimore office of Saul Ewing LLP as partners in the Litigation Department.
Previously, Rea was a partner with McGuireWoods LLP. Rea is a former counsel for the Board of the Better Business Bureau Inc. Lipkowitz previously served as an Associate and Member of McGuireWoods' business and securities department in Baltimore, and has been inducted as a Fellow of the Baltimore Bar Foundation. From 2002 to 2005 she was an Associate with Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander. Lipkowitz is a member of the Maryland Transportation Professional Services Selection Board and the Baltimore City Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals.
Rea graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from Loyola College. Lipkowitz received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Harvard University.
