September 30, 2011 — Marjorie Cota has joined information systems firm Mind Over Machines as Vice President of Market Development. Cota most recently served as vice president of business development for Community Analytics and as director of sales and marketing for the Mergis Group. Cota serves on the membership committee for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, and was recognized as the Maryland Chamber's top membership recruiter during its Annual Membership Drive. Cota is involved in numerous networking groups including Accelerent in the Baltimore area.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University. Mind Over Machines is a consulting and technology services firm based in Baltimore, and is a Certified Trainer of Front Line Leadership.
