September 23, 2011 — Reznick Group, a national CPA firm, has appointed Ira Weinstein, Principal, to Co-Office Managing Principal for the firm's Baltimore office. Weinstein succeeds Gary Perlow, CPA and Principal, who has been named Regional Managing Principal East Region, as part of Reznick Group's regionalization strategy for its ten U.S. offices. Weinstein has been with Reznick Group for 14 years, joining the firm in 1997. He is a member of Reznick Group's real estate consulting practice and is also a principal in the firm's national New Markets Tax Credit Practice Group. As the Office Co-Managing Principal for Baltimore, Weinstein will partner with Co-Managing Principal Mary Beth Norwood in leading growth initiatives for the office and further integrating its resources with Reznick Group's other East Region offices (Bethesda, Boston and Tysons Corner). Weinstein has also been tapped as a leader of the firm's executive real estate committee, and will be charged with growing that practice in Baltimore, and nationally. Reznick Group's East Region consists of the Baltimore, Md., Bethesda, Md., Boston, and Tysons Corner, Va., offices.
