September 2, 2011 — Todd Mueller has been promoted to Branch Manager for the Gateway Plaza Office of The Columbia Bank located in Columbia, MD. He previously was the Associate Branch Manager of the bank’s Ellicott City Office. Todd has been with The Columbia Bank since 2004. In his new position, Mr. Mueller will oversee the day-to-day banking operations of the Gateway Plaza Office, develop new business opportunities, and integrate the bank into programs and initiatives that benefit the local community. The Columbia Bank, headquartered in Columbia, MD, is an affiliate of Fulton Financial Corporation.
