August 29, 2011 — United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Central Maryland has named three new members to its board of directors. They are:
Ellen S. Milles, CPA, vice president and controller for Kennedy Krieger Institute. Milles' past positions include director of financial services at the Johns Hopkins Medical Services Corporation and audit senior for Arthur Young and Company.
Penny Lynch, a special education resource teacher for Carroll County Public Schools. Lynch's past positions include long-term substitute in special education at Winters Mill High School and director of residential services at Bello Machre.
Vanessa T. Jones, a credentialing assistant program manager for the Office of Child Care of the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). Jones' past positions include policy and program specialist for the MSDE and education coordinator for the Baltimore City Child Care Resource Center Head Start.
United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Central Maryland is a nonprofit organization supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving independence, productivity, and the quality of life they seek.
