August 18, 2011 — The Arc Baltimore recently named Donald Biles Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, accounting, billing, payroll, and investments management for the Towson-based non-profit. He previously served as Budget Director for a hospital and a school system, Controller and CFO for Dulaney Station, Inc., a large ambulatory healthcare system, and Mosaic Community Services, Inc, a mental health provider. Most recently, Biles served as chief operating officer for a prosthetic and orthotic company and a credit union. Biles, a Certified Public Accountant, graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore. The Arc Baltimore is dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their greatest potential.
