August 11, 2011 — Karen S. Cherry has returned to the Baltimore office of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as director in its Brokerage Services group. Most recently, she was an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness - Miller Commercial Real Estate specializing in the sale and lease of industrial and office property on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness - Miller Commercial Real Estate, Cherry served as a commercial sales and leasing associate for Rinnier Development Company in Salisbury. She also has served as Director for the Client Solutions Agency Leasing division, and as a senior associate for CB Richard Ellis. Cushman & Wakefield is a real estate services firm based in Baltimore.
