July 22, 2011 — McCrone, Inc. has named Michael Burcham, a professional land surveyor in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, as president of the company. Burcham held several management positions prior to becoming branch manager of the Elkton office. He is a board member of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Homebuilders Association of Maryland and a past chapter chair for the Maryland Society of Surveyors.
To better serve clients and respond to market opportunities, land development services have been enhanced in Annapolis. William Warnock, P.E. will lead a land development group comprised of Robert MacWilliams, Prop L.S., Julia Shipley, LEED AP, William Brooks, E.I.T., LEED AP BD+C, Steve Bissett, Christopher Williams and Christina Pompa, AICP, LEED AP. These staff members have been moved from other McCrone offices because of their extensive Western Shore expertise. Barry Ebersole, P.E. will continue to lead the water and wastewater engineering group in Annapolis.
