July 13, 2011 — Leadership Montgomery has elected Marvin Dickerson as its Board President for the 2011-12 year. Dickerson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dickerson Technologies, LLC, a full service technical consulting firm based in Germantown that specializes in cloud computing, computer security research, network security, and LAN/WAN administration solutions for both government and commercial clients. Before founding the company in 2002, he was the Director of product management for PGP Security, a business unit of Network Associates. Before that time, Dickerson held the position of Director of product management for the DIGEX Telecommute Solutions Group, an Internet service provider. Prior to his current role with Leadership Montgomery, Dickerson served as Vice Chair of the Development Committee, Vice President for Development, and Chair of the 20th Anniversary Committee. Dickerson also serves on the boards of 100 Black Men of America, NBC 4 Community Advisory, DCRBI/BatterUp Foundation, and Stuart Educational Leadership Group.
