June 21, 2011 — Chris Fedde has been promoted from president and COO to president and CEO of SafeNet, Inc. Fedde joined SafeNet in 2001 as Director of Corporate Product Management and Business Development. Prior to joining SafeNet, Fedde was Director of Secure Products at Harris RF Communications Division. He has also served as the Engineering Manager and as Wireless Product Engineering Manager for Motorola, Inc. Fedde has served on the Board of Directors for AuthenTec, SafeNet, Inc., and Harris Corporation. SafeNet, based in Belcamp, is exclusively focused on the protection of high-value information assets.
