June 21, 2011 — Harford County Executive David Craig has appointed Alex Allman, an attorney at Offit Kurman, to the Harford County Public Library Board of Trustees. Allman serves as an Adjunct Law Professor at University of Baltimore School of Law and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Golfer's Charitable Association. Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Allman worked as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William B. Spellbring, Jr. in the Prince George's County Circuit Court, Upper Marlboro. He serves as a Board MEmber for the Golfer's Charitable Association and Maryland State Bar Association Inc.
