June 3, 2011 — Lockheed Martin has appointed Kimberly C. Ramalho vice president of communications for its Mission Systems and Sensors (MS2) business. She is currently the head of Global Communications for GE Water & Process Technologies and is responsible for the development and execution of the Company's global communications strategy. Prior to that role, she held leadership positions of increasing responsibility with American Water, a publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, and Siemens Corp., a technology provider in a number of industries including energy and healthcare, and the RWE Group, one of the largest power producers in Continental Europe. MS2, based in Washington, D.C., is part of the Electronic Systems business area of Lockheed Martin. Headquartered in Bethesda, Lockheed Martin is a global security company.
