May 27, 2011 — Dave Sobel, Founder and CEO of Evolve Technologies, has been selected to become a member of the Channel Vanguard Council (CVC). Established in 2009, the Channel Vanguard Council is comprised of leaders from the technology channel – vendors, distributors, services and resellers – resolved to creating standards that contribute to the maturation of IT channel business practices. The CVC extended an invitation for membership to Sobel due to his experience and proven dedication to the channel community through his various speaking engagements at industry events such as the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, CompTIA and SMB Nation, as well as his regular contributions to industry blogs and technology publications.
