April 15, 2011 — Kyri Jacobs, executive vice president and shareholder of Bonnie Heneson Communications (BHC), was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women, which recognizes outstanding achievement by women through professional accomplishments, community leadership and mentoring. In addition to leading BHC, Jacobs serves in leadership roles in Howard County and has been recognized for her achievements. She joined the HC DrugFree board in 2007 and has served as chair since 2009. Jacobs also serves on the board of Leadership Howard County and as a member and past president of the Maryland Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. Prior to joining BHC, Jacobs worked for the Pennsylvania-based Ohio Valley General Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
