April 8, 2011 — Systems Alliance Inc., a software developer and technology services firm in Hunt Valley, has promoted Mark Dabrowski to Vice President, Web Effectiveness Consulting and John Shin to Vice President of Software Products Development*. Dabrowski will be responsible for managing and growing Systems Alliance's rapidly expanding Web consulting practice. Initially formed to deliver Websites built on the company's SiteExecutive® Web content management software, the Web Effectiveness group's award-winning designers, consultants, developers and project managers provide clients with services that run the gamut from Website strategy, design and accessibility compliance to the creation of custom Web applications. Before Systems Alliance, Dabrowski was an Associate Director at RESI. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Towson University and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Baltimore. John Shin leads the engineering, quality assurance and customer support teams responsible for Systems Alliance's SiteExecutive Web content management application and MediaExecutive video management service. Before joining Systems Alliance in 2004, Shin was a Principal Consultant with Macromedia. Prior to that, Shin was an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton. He received a joint Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Maryland College Park.
