March 17, 2011 — Stuart Barr, Principal with Lerch, Early & Brewer, Chartered, has been appointed to The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) Board of Directors. Prior to joining Lerch Early in 2001, Stuart served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Albert J. Matricciani, Jr., of the Baltimore City Circuit Court (now on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals), and as a scholar attorney in the Montgomery County Attorney's Office. Stuart is a member of the Maryland and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Previously, he served as Chair of the Planning and Housing Subcommittee for the Wheaton Redevelopment Advisory Committee. He is active with the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce, and Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association (MNCBIA). He also serves on the board of The Corridor Cities Transitway Coalition and participates on the County's Sustainability Working Group. He previously served for four years as chair of the Planning and Housing Subcommittee of the Wheaton Redevelopment Advisory Committee. Lerch, Early & Brewer, Chtd., is a full-service commercial law firm based in Bethesda.
