March 7, 2011 — Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty (YWGC), the residential real estate division of The Strata Group, has selected Steve Meszaros as its new Executive Vice President, Regional Manager. Meszaros was formerly with Long and Foster Real Estate, where he managed several of the firm’s offices throughout Anne Arundel County. Meszaros also worked as a Vice President for Equitable Trust. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, as well as a Master’s Degree from the Rutgers University School of Banking. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors. For the Maryland Association of Realtors, he is the immediate Past President and serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Meszaros is also Past President of the Carroll County Association of Realtors. YWGC is one of six complementary business units that comprise The Strata Group, which is headquartered in Baltimore.
