March 4, 2011 — Barry F. Levin, a member of Saul Ewing’s Executive Committee, has been named Chair of the firm’s Business and Finance Department. Levin has been practicing law for more than 25 years, serving as advisor and counselor to his clients on general corporate matters, as well as acting as lead counsel for many types of complex commercial transactions. Prior to joining Saul Ewing in 2003, Levin was an associate at Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander and Frank, Bernstein, Conaway & Goldman. Levin is a frequent writer and speaker for numerous professional and community organizations, including the American Bar Association and the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL).
