Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Manager for Etna Corp. She also worked at Aquilent, Inc. as the Human Resources
Manager, and served as a member of Aquilent's leadership team. Prior to Aquilent, Kathy had varying human resources positions with CMSI,
GTS Duratek, USF&G, and Pro Staff Personnel Services. The HR Team is a human resources firm based in Columbia.
