February 10, 2011 — Lisa Barnhill, Jane Cummings and Mark Angelozzi, three experienced realtors, have joined Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty (YWGC), the residential real estate division of The Strata Group. All three realtors previously worked with Hill & Company, a residential real estate brokerage firm. Barnhill, an associate broker, has been actively working as a realtor for more than 33 years with a focus on the marketing of residential homes, land and condominiums. Cummings, who initially worked as a nurse manager for a regional academic health center, has been involved in the residential real estate industry for eight years. Angelozzi brings more than 27 years of experience to YWGC as a residential real estate sales associate and certified residential appraiser. YWGC is one of six complementary business units that comprise The Strata Group, which is headquartered in Baltimore, and offers specialized products and services targeting the residential and commercial real estate sectors.
