February 7, 2011 — Gianna J. Arnold has joined Saul Ewing, LLP as a partner in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology and Life Sciences practice groups. Previously, Arnold served as a principal with Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. She also served as president and director of Women in Bio, an organization of professionals committed to fostering and encouraging entrepreneurship and career development of women active in the life science industry. She holds a masters degree (Biotechnology) from Johns Hopkins; a masters degree (Intellectual Property) from Franklin Pierce Law Center; a juris doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center; and a Business Management Certificate, from University of Utah.
