January 10, 2011 — Silverman, Thompson, Slutkin and White Managing Partner Andy Slutkin has been named one of the top 50 lawyers in Maryland according to the annual Super Lawyers survey published in Baltimore Magazine. Slutkin is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore School of law, where he teaches Litigation Process and Medical Malpractice Litigation. He also is on the faculty of the Maryland Trial Advocacy Institute, where he demonstrates and teaches trial advocacy to Maryland attorneys. He also teaches seminars for the Maryland Institute of Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers. He also has been invited to speak to doctors at leading hospitals in Maryland on the subject medical malpractice. Slutkin also is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The League For People With Disabilities. Slutkin also is a member of the Peer Review Committee of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. Silverman Thompson Slutkin & White is a Baltimore-based law firm.
