December 6, 2010 — Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP has named Thomas J. Francella, Jr., Eileen Morgan Johnson, and Dennis M. Robinson, Jr. as partners with the firm. Francella is a bankruptcy litigator, based in the firm’s Wilmington office. He began his career as a deputy attorney general for the state of Delaware, and is a former member of Reed Smith's Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Dept. Johnson is co-chair of the firm’s Nonprofit Organizations group, and is based in the firm’s Falls Church office. Prior to joining the firm, Johnson had been general counsel at the National Wildlife Federation. Robinson is a business litigator based in the firm’s Baltimore office. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Baltimore City.
