November 22, 2010 — Morton’s The Steakhouse in Baltimore has named William "Michael" Salzman, Jr., as the restaurant’s new assistant manager. Salzman previously served as an assistant manager at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Richmond, Va. Prior to joining Morton’s, Salzman worked at P.F. Chang’s China Bistro in Columbia, and in Richmond, Va. He is a 2004 alum nus of UMBC, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in theater and minored in history. Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. is the world's largest operator of company owned upscale steakhouses.
