November 18, 2010 — Timothy Kelley has joined Howard Bank as vice president and manager of the Snowden River branch. Kelley comes to the bank from The Columbia Bank where he was assistant vice president and branch manager. Additionally, Kelley served as consumer loan manager and senior account manager while at The Columbia Bank. He co-chairs Leadership Howard County’s Essentials Steering Committee, is treasurer of the Howard County Professional Alliance and serves on the Howard County Art Council’s board of directors. Howard Bank has branches in the Village of Hickory Ridge in Columbia, on Snowden River Parkway in Ellicott City, on Johns Hopkins Road in Maple Lawn, at the intersection of Route 40 and Centennial Lane in Ellicott City and on Annapolis Exchange Parkway in Annapolis.
