Sept. 9 — The  Board of Directors at T. Rowe Price Group Inc. has elected Robert F. MacLellan as an independent director of the company. MacLellan is currently chairman of Northleaf Capital Partners, Canada's largest independent global private equity fund manager and advisor. Prior to this, MacLellan served as chief investment officer of TD Bank Financial Group. MacLellan serves on the board of directors of Ace Aviation Holdings Inc., and and also serves on T. Rowe Price's Executive Compensation Committee. T. Rowe Price Group is a global investment management organization based in Baltimore.
