August 23, 2010 — Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC) has named Thomas Francovitch as project manager of its Pathways to CyberSecurity Job Training Program. Francovitch has served as the Business Resource Center Director with the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation from 2006-2010. Additionally, he served as the Towson University/Small Business Development Corporation High-Tech Counselor for the Central Region of Maryland. The Pathways to CyberSecurity Careers Consortium, administered by AAWDC, will assist over 1,000 eligible individuals in gaining stackable certifications to address the job shortage in the high-demand field of cybersecurity.
