

August 6, 2010 — Kisha A. Brown, director of government relations for the Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC), and Pia Sterling, marketing director for CitiFinancial’s branch network, have been appointed to the board of directors of Vehicles For Change, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Halethorpe. Prior to the GBC, as an attorney with Legal Aid Bureau’s Child Support Project in Baltimore City, Brown advocated for low-income, non-custodial parents and co-authored three state bills.Prior to joining the company, Sterling was with JP Morgan Chase Bank as vice president, senior marketing channel manager for Chase Card Services. Vehicles For Change operates the largest car ownership program for low-income families in the nation.
