July 14, 2010 — Craftsmen Developers, LLC, a land development firm headquartered in Glen Burnie, has named Kristian L. Thompson as senior project manager. Thompson, a certified LEED AP, has been in the commercial and residential construction industry all of his career. He is a 1988 graduate of St. Mary's College and a member of the Green Building Certification Institute. Founded in 2008 by CEO Dennis Gilligan following 30 years in the real estate industry, the Glen Burnie, Md.-based Craftsmen Developers is a land development firm that acquires, develops and sells residential and commercial real estate properties in the Mid-Atlantic region and also provides consulting services to third-party clients.
