June 28, 2010 — Ann L. Ramsey and Francie Cohen Spahn, two colleagues in Saul Ewing, LLP's Transactional Real Estate Practice Group, have been appointed to posts in the Maryland State Bar Association. Ramsey has been appointed by the Real Property, Planning & Zoning Section Council to serve as the committee chair of the Real Estate Discussion Group. Spahn has been elected as an at-large member of the Real Property, Planning & Zoning Section Council. Her committee assignment as a member of the Section Council will be to serve as the co-chair of the annual Advanced Real Property Institute.
