June 18, 2010 — Jeffrey W. Church, CPA and corporate finance guru, has joined Celsion Corporation as its new vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Previously, Church served as CFO for Alba Therapeutics. Before that, Church was vice president, CFO, treasurer and corporate secretary of Novavax, Inc., Biospherics, Inc. (now Spherix), GenVec, Inc., and Meridian Medical Technologies, Inc.
