May 26, 2010 — CresaPartners, a corporate real estate service advisory firm based in Bethesda, has hired J. L. “Rusty” Meadows, II, LEED AP, as senior vice president of strategic services. Meadows began his career serving as a real estate manager for AT&T, Inc.. Later, Meadows became the founding principal of Ai architecture, which folded into Perkins and Will, Inc. There he served as president and founding director in their Washington, D.C. office.
