May 26, 2010 — David Eisner, President, CEO and founder of Dataprise, Inc., has been named the 2010 Tech Council of Maryland's (TCM) Executive of the Year. Eisner is also an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award® recipient. He is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and the Board of Visitors for the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Physical Sciences at the University of Maryland. TCM is the largest technology trade group serving the advanced technology and biotechnology community of Maryland. Dataprise, Inc. is an IT services provider headquartered in Rockville.
