May 12, 2010 — New Generation Biofuels Holdings, Inc. has named John E. Mack, director of the renewable fuels provider and chairman of its Audit Committee, as non-executive Chairman of the Board. Mack previously served as senior managing executive officer and chief financial officer of Shinsei Bank, Limited of Tokyo, Japan. Prior to that, he served as CFO of International Power Group, Ltd. and as corporate treasurer at Bank of America. Mack also serves on the board of directors of Incapital LLC and H2Diesel Holdings , Inc.
