May 11, 2010 — The Howard County Bar Association (HCBA) has elected Angela B. Grau, an attorney with Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, as the new president. Grau previously served as a member of the Elder Law Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc., as president of the Howard County Chapter of the Maryland State Women's Bar Association. The mission of the Howard County Bar Association, Inc. is to promote excellence in the practice of law and the administration of justice. Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, is a multi-disciplinary law firm based in Columbia.
